We, lawyer and family, knew the reverse mortgage would be due soon after the ill owner's death and I recommended Christine to the family. They took to her right away and loved her enthusiasm and warmth, and information she was able to provide. When the reverse mortgage company wrote threatening letters after the owners death we were able to quiet them with Christine's listing, schedule, and early open houses and walk-throughs to show there was a topnotch marketing plan and an active effort to sell the house. When weather and decoration slowed interest Christine brought in a talented home stager and we received the an offer from the buyer to whom we ultimately sold. Christine was very helpful on setting the price, negotiations, and reliable inspectors, as well as connecting us to service people to help present the home. She raises issues we needed to understand, communicate well, returned all calls and emails immediately, and was active in the contractual states and signing at escrow. Her constant feedback on current and micro market conditions helped us in our sale negotiations. Her recommendations in negotiations helped get a close in about 20 days. She was great with reminders after sale with utilities and articles left at the home. She was undaunted and good humored through the process. I highly recommend her.

We originally met Christine at an open house. Although that house was not what we were looking for, Christine was. Next we came up with a list of homes that we wanted to see and Christine added a couple more, we toured them together so Christine could see what we liked and disliked about each, and at the end of the day, she said "I know what you are looking for and I will find it for you". And she did. She also introduced us to an SF Realtor® who we ended up using for the sale of our SF home. We were leaning towards using the Realtor® that we had used about 10 years before but were so impressed by Christine's referral that we used her referral for our SF agent. Christine also has contacts in all of the related industries which we have found to be very helpful and have been satisfied with the work they have done for us. We are happy to say that we have been able to provide Christine with one referral so far and will continue to refer people to her in the future.
